Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

 

1. Cosmetics Products

  • All cosmetics items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Replacement is only available in the following cases:
    • Damaged product received
    • Wrong product delivered
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory to process any replacement request.
    • The video must be clear and unedited, showing the package being opened.

2. Other Products (Non-Cosmetics)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
    • Damaged product received
    • Wrong product delivered
  • A refund or replacement will be provided after verification.
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • A parcel opening video is required for smooth processing.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for eligible non-cosmetic items.
  • All refunds will be processed after a quality check of the returned product.
  • The product must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
  • Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Important Notes

  • Requests without proper proof (images/video) may not be accepted.
  • The final decision on returns, replacements, and refunds rests with the store after verification.
