Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
1. Cosmetics Products
- All cosmetics items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Replacement is only available in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- A parcel opening video is mandatory to process any replacement request.
- The video must be clear and unedited, showing the package being opened.
2. Other Products (Non-Cosmetics)
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- A refund or replacement will be provided after verification.
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- A parcel opening video is required for smooth processing.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible non-cosmetic items.
- All refunds will be processed after a quality check of the returned product.
- The product must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Important Notes
- Requests without proper proof (images/video) may not be accepted.
- The final decision on returns, replacements, and refunds rests with the store after verification.
